Experiential Marketing —
Recently, I've been focusing on Blue Shield of California’s customer experience center (CEC). The CEC is a dynamic, interactive marketing experience that allows visitors to use touch screens to learn about the various programs and services that make Blue Shield a great choice for employers, their employees, and California consumers. The screens include videos, pop-up graphics, and other dynamic content, all set against striking ambient landscape and portraiture video. It’s been an exciting project and it’s just going to get better.
